The Culpeper Literacy Council is a non-profit organization offering programs in Basic Literacy, ESOL and ESOL Civics, and GED.
 
All classes and tutoring are FREE of charge, but there is a  $25.00 registration fee.  All of our programs are open to residents of Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock counties. Our staff consists of an Executive Director, Administrative Assistant, Educational Coordinator, ESOL instructors, and GED instructors. Our tutors consist of nearly 50 dedicated volunteers from the greater Culpeper community.

The CLC is located at the intersection of Main and E. Scanlon streets in Culpeper, VA. We are on the second floor with access via a staircase in the rear of the building.
