The Culpeper Literacy Council is a non-profit organization offering programs in Basic Literacy, ESOL and ESOL Civics, and GED.

All classes and tutoring are FREE of charge, but there is a $25.00 registration fee. All of our programs are open to residents of Culpeper County. Our staff consists of an Executive Director, ESOL instructors, and GED instructor. Our tutors consist of nearly 60 dedicated volunteers from the greater Culpeper community.

The CLC is located at the intersection of Main and E. Scanlon streets in Culpeper, VA. We are on the second floor with access via a staircase in the rear of the building. Culpeper Literacy Council

The mission of the Council is to promote, coordinate and facilitate planning and development of literacy services in Culpeper County, Virginia to anyone age 18 years or older.
